How do I buy a domain or website?

Most domain and digital asset transfers are completed within 24–48 hours. However, delays may occur based on registrar policies, hosting changes, or seller responsiveness.

Do I need an account to use Jnoz.com?

Yes, you must create an account to buy or sell on the platform. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

What are the commission rates on Jnoz.com?

We charge only 8% commission when you host your service or product using Jnoz.com servers. If you do not use our servers, the commission is 12%. There are no listing or publishing fees—listing is 100% free.

Are there any listing fees?

No, listing your domain, website, or service is completely free. You only pay a commission when a sale is completed.

Which payment and payout methods are supported?

Currently, we support PayPal and bank transfer for receiving payouts. If you prefer another method, such as cryptocurrency, you can contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will I receive my payout after a sale?

Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after confirming delivery and buyer approval. You can choose from PayPal, bank transfer, or Payoneer as payout methods.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, once payment is completed, an invoice will be available in your account dashboard. Please consult your local tax advisor for any tax obligations on digital purchases or sales.
