If a product or service (such as a domain or website) is purchased and the ownership transfer has not yet been completed, the buyer is eligible to request a full refund. The transaction will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded without any additional fees.
Once the ownership of the domain or website has been successfully transferred to the buyer and funds have been released to the seller, no refunds will be issued. Buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully review listings before purchasing.
We use a secure escrow system where funds are held for up to 7 days to verify transactions. For new customers, this period may extend to 14 days to ensure compliance with our policies. Trusted users with a positive transaction history may receive immediate payouts upon verification.
In the event of a dispute, jnoz.com will mediate and make a final decision after reviewing the case.
Advertisers can cancel and request a refund only if the service has not yet been delivered. Once the advertisement is published, refunds are no longer possible.
All refund or cancellation requests are subject to approval by jnoz.com management. No cancellation or refund fees apply if the request is valid under our terms.
Refunds are not available for services fully delivered, such as published advertisements, sponsored posts, or completed domain transfers, unless there is evidence of fraud or non-compliance with the listing description.
